This morning I heard the calling… and the calling, was that the voice that said: “You need to be your full self”

Not just for myself, but for my community, for the work we do, and for the essence I stand for.

This is always this delicate balancing act, especially in partnerships and collaborations. Where it’s like baking the perfect cake: each ingredient matters, every energy must be balanced, or else one flavour overpowers the rest.

The question that has been surfacing (and continuously does): Am I creating the space for myself, or am I subtracting too much? Who am I becoming in that subtraction?

As a Manifesting Generator, I know that my energy isn’t linear. It’s expansive, layered and often multi-faceted – especially with my split definition and 6 defined channels.

But when this energy meets another- especially a Generator with a different rhythm – if we’re not attuned, we risk burning each other out, or losing ourselves.

The Manifesting Generator needs the space to be and embody – sometimes multiple identities.

The Generator will more quickly commit to focus once they find their one thing.

This is a dynamic I have observed multiple times also in other similar partnerships, especially in business.

I know both me and my partner have felt this multiple times in our relationship. But somehow, we always return to balance.

This morning I’m waking to multiple voices bouncing

But the one that is cutting through… is this – “You Have To Bring Your Full Self. Even here. Especially here.”

And I know I’ve been playing it safe with my business content – ironic isn’t it?

What am I so afraid of?

Because what I teach, is for people to embody their full selves – to uncover their inner diamond, and express from there.

And that is what I now know, is MY inner diamond. Helping them finding their uniqueness, shining light on it, by bringing together the threads. Rediscovering, and remembering who they truly are.

Why are we so afraid of bringing our full self?

Because society and our upbringing has taught us that versions of ourselves are what is acceptable, and we have been taught the safe paths to generate success.

It works to a certain extent, but always at a cost. A cost of constant burnout, because the facade becomes tiring to constantly keep up.

Outer growth—whether in your business, career, or life transitions—is a direct reflection of inner alignment. The deeper you go into self-discovery, the more natural and sustainable your outer success becomes.

The truth is, many people shape their careers and lives around external expectations, not internal truth.

And that is where the 1-page vision comes in, the core part of my work.

The 1 page vision is where people come home. People return to see exactly who they are. Where they came from. Where they are going to be.

A simple framework that helps you to clarify:

  • Who you are (your essence, core values, voice)
  • What matters most (your purpose and guiding principles)
  • Where you are going (your next chapter, goals and focus)

Because when you have that level of clarity, every decision becomes easier. You stop performing and simply be from a place of alignment.

That is why I’m so looking forward to my first True Self Workshop on 17 May.

Seven beautiful individuals. One sacred place. And a journey inward to remember, reclaim and realign.

So today, this is my reminder to you (and to myself)

The world doesn’t need your perfect self. It needs your full self.

In the meantime, if you would like to start your own journey – I invite you to book a private 20 minute discovery session with me.
