Manifesting Generators have an insane inner well of energy. Like Generators. But different in the way that it can be easily spread across holding multiple ideas, concepts, and pursuits all at the same time.

The biggest difference between Manifesting Generators and Generators are speed (MG) vs. consistency (G).

MGs are not designed to follow a linear process, and will often skip steps to speed up, and sometimes have to retrace and go back.

For as long as I remember I have always needed to have multiple things going at once. 

What I thought was a childhood result of my mum sending me to activities every day after school – and a chronic inability to just “be still” or have free time, I’ve realised since discovering Human Design that it was simply a part of how I am energetically built!

If you are a Manifesting Generator reading this, and have always beat yourself up – why couldn’t I just stick to that one thing? Or just follow the step by step. Know that is simply you living your energetic design.

Trying to get a Manifesting Generator to focus on a single thing, and discard their natural instinct to pursue multiple branches at once is equivalent to shutting them down – energetically, emotionally, physically, spiritually. 

So that’s all great right? But that is not to say all of this doesn’t have a flip side too.

We are all limited (no matter your design) in the same thing – Energy. Even for sacral beings like Generators and most certainly Manifesting Generators.

And that means choices and decisions on where you are focusing that energy, especially if you want results in a short period of time. 

This has become most acute to me in the line of work I do – which is helping business owners both capture their full vision but bring to market a well aligned offer that generates profit.

Because the truth is, while as an Manifesting Generator you may have unlimited ability to hold multiple branches all at the same time – 

Your audience and brand platform do not. 

Trying to shoot everything out all at once – which a Manifesting Generator will tend to do uncurbed, will only lead to mass confusion and eventual fizzling and burnout from disappointment at lack of adequate response. 

There is still a need to be strategic in how you move forward to build step by step (while at the same time not suppressing your natural flow).

The podcast episode I released last Friday (which by the way, I know was a little abrupt!), exactly speaks to the antidote of how to anchor this all together – especially relevant for my Manifesting Generator among you.

The anchoring of all of it – essentially, is YOU.

A personal brand more important than any other Human Design energetic type, is especially important as a “home” for the Manifesting Generator to thrive. 

What others will see as a messy, chaotic process

Know that it is simply you being in your energy, and that zooming out and looking from a distance far up top, it all makes sense in a bigger design.

So how do you actually live your energy and not burn out as a Manifesting Generator?

I can share my recent experience with this – and if you have been following me across my socials, you will have likely picked up me living this right now. 

The branching off (and eventual evolution into Authentic Awakenings) from my main business – Ignite Your Offer/Grow Your Brand With Impact began around the time I started pouring energy into writing my book – published last December after a 2 year writing process. It was like something awakened… as I was writing it, beyond what was actually being written in the book.

Energetically, I noticed how much I became more in flow and that the business as a result became more aligned and results started to flow as I allowed myself to just “be” in that process of creation and writing.

I realised by then that the sole focus on my main business alone was not sufficient to hold my energy. And forcing myself to focus on just one thing was actually dampening my natural drive and how I could show up. 

I simply couldn’t continue to be fully lit up while trying to channel everything into a single basket.

It also wasn’t fair to my business partner, and the joint thing that we were building – to try to force or stretch the business to try to contain all that – while maintaining our steady growth. 

I knew I needed the play space where I could move fast, create based on flow, launch when I wanted, and pivot as needed (this is the natural state of a Manifesting Generator).

And this is where Authentic Awakenings was born. 

Over the last week – two more big ideas were brought to life. Not overnight, they had been waiting for the right moment (all Generators & Manifesting Generators are designed to respond to flow of life, rather than force or initiate).

My new podcast – Business & Personal Evolution from the Soul, and a brand new Soul Business Club that I cannot wait to fully launch.

The thing with Manifesting Generators, is that even with ideas that have been brewing… and cooking in the back, once you hit go – there is no stopping.

And that’s a little bit of what happened with the podcast that launched last Friday. 

Not burning out as a Manifesting Generator involves 3 things

• Honouring your sacral (or emotional authority) – if your core authority as sacral – listening inward for that internal ‘uh huh’ or ‘uh uh’ to guide your every step. And to make decisions on which manifesting urges to listen to (right now).

If your core authority is emotional – this means allowing yourself to fully ride and experience the wave of emotions that come and allowing it to settle before clarity emerges on the decision – does this make you feel lit up?

• Meeting the flow of life to respond, rather than try to push out or force – the best thing all Generators & ManiGens can do, is step fully into the flow of life and be out there, so that you have plenty coming in to be able to respond to
• Holding the space through your bigger long term vision – while the first two are common between Generators & ManiGens, here is the approach somewhat splits off. For a Generator, the long term vision will hold an almost step-by-step roadmap to build up. For a Manifesting Generator, this long term vision will almost act as more of a smorgasbord and holding space – where there will be different areas that will light up at different moments, that you will then respond to and suddenly build it overnight. The most important thing, is to tune in and listen to where your flow of energy is pulling you.
